If you're not measuring your time, you can't improve it. You can't make the changes that will enhance your life if you don't know what you're doing.
You need to know your impact on others and your own. You need to know what's important to you and what isn't. You must be able to identify the time wasters in your life so that you can spend more time doing the things that are important to you. One of the greatest ways to get a handle on this is to start tracking your time. You are off track if you're not already tracking your time.
The Power of the Present Now
We live in a world that is constantly changing. At times, we can feel overwhelmed by this change. How can we make sense of it? How can we adapt to it? What can we do to make the best of it? The answer is simple: we must make the most of the present moment.
When you're living in the present now, you're more likely to be happy and optimistic. You're also more likely to be productive and creative. You're also more likely to be able to make the most of your time and opportunities.
But if you're willing to invest the time and energy, you'll find that the results can be rewarding. What exactly are you focusing on right now? This might seem a silly question, but it's really important. When we think about the present, we often get wrapped up in our own thoughts.
Instead, we need to focus on what's right in front of us. Look at your life and ask yourself, "What is my life about right now?" Are you doing the things that you love?
